The information in this form is used to create your badge and other information requested by the Greek authorities AND MUST BE RECEIVED IN THIS OFFICE NO LATER THAN 3 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. If it is received too late, there is a risk you will not be registered for camp in time and you could be refused entry.

*In order to serve in our projects, we require that each volunteer provide a basic police/criminal background check. The backgound check/criminal record check needs to be dated within 3 months of your arrival. Procedures vary with each country and region so you will have to do the necessary research to request a background check.

Volunteer Registration

You need to make a Registration payment

The contribution for each individual, including each Team Member or Returning Volunteer, is 100 Euros. Please keep a screenshot of the email receipt confirming your payment as this will show your name and the date of payment . This will need to be uploaded when you complete the online registration form.
